SAHB co-release republished guide – now for sale!

The Automobile Handbook and Guide originally issued by the The Automobile Manufacturing Company Ltd.

This is a reproduction of a possibly unique copy of an original brochure dated 1900 being a joint project between The Society of Automotive Historians in Britain and The Michael Sedgwick Memorial Trust.

The original brochure is a rare landscape-style treatise on early production motor-cars dating around November 1900.

Having undergone significant cleaning and image sharpening by a qualified commercial artist, nothing has been lost of the style and charm of the original 48 page production remains.

The saddle-stitched cover has been printed on 300gsm textured card, similar in colour and manner of the original. The editorial has been printed on 130gsm gloss art paper which aids image contrast.

With a foreword by the S.A.H.B. Chairman, this edition is strictly limited to 150 numbered copies of which only a few remain.
